The danger of beautiful handbag

If you are woman, you must definitely accept that handbag becomes part of your life. Exactly, we know that beautiful and expensive bags attract, not only most of women but also ones who want to steal them, and sometimes, they cause dangers to owners But it's not a point of this post.

The danger of beautiful handbag in this post is about health. Handbags which are big can harm your health. When you loses your brand-name bag, you can buy new one. But if you loses your health, you can't buy one instead. Some specialists warned that big handbags, as important accessories for women, might become causes of serious health problem.

Nowadays, ladies handbags are bigger and heavier in order to be both briefcase and handbag in one product, and have various uses. Besides, straps and handles are longer. But these modifications from designers are the causes of pain and ache to neck, shoulder and causes of backache.

Mr. William Case, the specialist of physical therapy in Houston, Texas, indicated that ladies handbags nowadays weighed around 3 - 4.5 kg., and if the trend of big bag still went on, there would be more women with the problems of backache and pain at neck and shoulder. These symptoms were chronic which meant that patients might feel pain suddenly during working or playing sports.Mr. William suggested the right way to hold the bag was that head and shoulder should stand upright with floor.

However, some designers explained that the trend of handbag must be either big or small, there was no medium size. Since modern women liked playing sports, they must have shoes and sport wears in their bags all the time, including their cosmetic's bags, so the trend of handbags in the future remained big and have various uses.

How about you? Do you have big or small handbags? Do you prefer big or small ones? and will you choose to be in trend with big bag or be healthy with small one?

I like to buy bags and I have many different kinds of bag for examples handbags, shoulder bags and backpacks. I like both small and big bags because I can use one in different occasions. Generally, I use a big one because I can put everything in one bag. Grouping and putting things in small bags before putting them in a big bag help me find things easily.
What Mr. William Case said is true. I usually have a shoulder pain which is very annoying but I prefer to carry one big bag than many small bags in the same time.

I prefer to buy medium or small handbags whenever I have a good occasion to go shopping. Moreover, I always decide to buy a handbag which attracts me very much. It isn't up to its size. I prefer brown or black because it can match with my clothes. I won't be in trend with a big bag surely because it doesn't suit my small body. Moreover, I agree with
Mr. William Case because my sister always uses a big handbag and she puts every neccessary things in. Nowadays, she has a shoulderache and a doctor said that it caused of a big handbag. In addition, if you want to own a handbag, it isn't up to the trend but it is up to your usefulness.

I used to weight my handbag. Can't believe! It is 1.5 kg.
I think I don't have many things in my handbag but when I counted them. There are many! a wallet, a cell-phone, some cosmetics and a camera. I really love taking photos so the camera is my must-have thing.
I am the one who has a problem because of carrying a handbag. My right shoulder is lower than the left one because I always carrying a handbag on a right shoulder. I think I should be more careful about it before having a shoulder pain!

I think size doesn't matter but weight does matter. Like what Cherry said, women always have something they don't really need. They thought they would use it somehow but actually they do not.

The same kind of thinking applies to our stuff in a house (and shoes). An expert said, I couldn't remember who, 15 % of the stuff in our house are needed, another 15% are things that we will never used them, the rest are things that we thought we would use them someday (and we usually end up not using them). 60 percents! That are huge persentage.

Now, pour everything in your bag on the table, sort out everything into three piles.
- Things you really need
- Things that you don't need
- Things that you might need.

Then put only things that you REALLY need back to the handbag. You will be surprise how it can be lighter than before.

Dont' cheated on yourself. Come on.. believe me, you don't really need those lipstick, powder, extra wallet, extra handphone, your boyfriend photographs, keys, sunglasses, note book, name card holder, and many more.

I think when we turn 50, we would know what are needed and what aren't because our body would tell us. Back pain, deteriorated spine, sour shoulder, those are signs. We do not have to wait until our 50. We better take care of ourselves now.
